Cardiology is a branch of medicine dealing with disorders of the heart as well as parts of the circulatory system. The field includes medical diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease and electrophysiology.

Universal Journal of Cardiology is a scholarly, open access, peer reviewed journal that provides a forum for scientists and clinicians working in basic and translational research. The journal publishes Original/Research articles, Review/mini review articles, Editorials, short communications, case reports, clinical images and letters to the editor etc., that provides insight into the field of cardiology.
